Awaken More Breath Heals provides online sessions, webinars, workshops, and digital booking services. We do not currently ship physical products.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how session details, webinar access, workshop information, and digital materials may be delivered after booking or registration.

1. Digital Delivery Only

All services offered through Awaken More Breath Heals are delivered online unless otherwise stated. This may include live meditation sessions, group sessions, webinars, workshops, replay access, preparation guides, booking confirmations, and related digital communication.

2. No Physical Shipping

At this time, Awaken More Breath Heals does not ship physical items, packages, printed materials, or products by mail. Because our services are digital and session-based, no physical shipping fee is normally required.

3. Booking Confirmation

After booking a session, you should receive confirmation details through the email address used during booking. This may include the session date, time, joining instructions, online meeting link, preparation notes, and any important policy reminders.

4. Webinar & Workshop Access

For webinars, workshops, and group sessions, access details may be sent by email or made available through the booking platform. Please check your inbox, spam folder, and any booking confirmation messages before the session begins.

5. Replay or Download Access

Replay access or downloadable materials may be provided only when clearly included with the session, webinar, or workshop. Replay availability is not guaranteed unless stated at the time of booking.

6. Incorrect Email Address

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly during booking. Awaken More Breath Heals is not responsible for missed confirmations or access details caused by incorrect email information provided by the participant.

7. Technical Issues

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, working device, and suitable access to the online session platform. If you experience technical issues on your side, please contact us as soon as possible, but missed sessions due to participant-side technical issues may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

8. Delayed or Missing Email

If you do not receive your booking confirmation or session access details, please contact us before the scheduled session time so we can assist you.
