Before You Begin

Create a Calm and Supportive Session Space

Your preparation helps you enter the session with more ease, clarity, and presence. Before joining, choose a quiet place, wear comfortable clothing, hydrate your body, and allow yourself a few minutes to settle.
The goal is not to be perfect. The goal is simply to arrive with openness, comfort, and a willingness to observe what is present within you.

Use this checklist before your Breath of Life meditation, webinar, or group session so your space, body, and mind feel ready.

Use a Computer if Possible

A desktop or laptop can help you see the session clearly and follow along with ease.

Wear Comfortable Clothes

Choose clothing that allows you to sit, breathe, and move without restriction.

Hydrate Beforehand

Drink water before the session so your body feels supported and prepared.

Use an Eye Cover if Needed

An eye cover may help reduce distractions and support deeper focus.

Sit on a Low Chair

Use a low chair if available so your body can stay stable and relaxed.

Keep Feet Flat

Keep both feet flat on the floor to feel grounded during the practice.

Choose a Quiet Space

Join from a calm place where you will not be disturbed during the session.

No Filters Online

For individual online sessions, avoid filters so the guide can see you clearly.

Sound Check First

A quick sound check may be completed at the beginning of the meeting.

Before your session, gently observe the areas of life where you feel pressure, discomfort, or imbalance. This is not about judgment. It is simply a way to become more aware of what may be ready for attention and release.
